Bengal Cat Size
A Bengal size is the first indicator of the breed lineage. Fully grown, Bengals can get up to 9-16 lbs. Females can get up to 8-13lbs. Also, the brighter the color the more genuine the breed.
These cats are medium to large sized felines with a muscular build. Their heads are smaller than their bodies. Their most attractive feature is their lush, thick coat.
Along with their normal spotted appearance, breeders have managed to produce white spotted and white marbled Bengals. In rare instances, you’ll find a glitter gene Bengal – one which coats sparkles.
Bengal Cat Personality
Bengals are not your ordinary cat. They aren’t a lap cat but they are easily tamed and affectionate to their owners. Maybe a bit more aloof, but still superb pets.
Because for their instinctual lineage, Bengals love to play games and hunt. They run high energy and need to be stimulated often. Both mind and physically demanding games.
These pets love hunting and often seek opportunities to find prey. Their prey includes small animals – birds, water prey, Water prey are their natural habitat. And it’s not unusual for Bengal cats to swim to play in the water. These amazing cats very similar cat feature and personalities, just higher energy and higher innate drive to hunt.
